The Art Club LDN - Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in art sessions offered by The Art Club LDN ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket and attending our art sessions, you ("the client" or "you") agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Arrival Time:
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled art session. The maximum allowable late arrival time is 30 minutes. If a client arrives later than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, no extra time will be allowed to complete the work after the session.
2. Ticket Policy:
All tickets purchased for art sessions are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferrable to another date or to another individual if you are unable to attend the session you originally booked. Please contact us directly in the eventuality of this happening.
3. Session Duration:
The standard duration of our art sessions is as specified in the session details. Participants are expected to complete their artwork within the allocated session time.
4. Additional Time:
If a client requires extra time to complete their artwork beyond the allocated session time, a maximum of 30 additional minutes may be granted, subject to availability and at the discretion of The Art Club LDN.
5. Artwork Storage:
In the event that a client is unable to finish their artwork within the allocated session time, The Art Club LDN may, at its discretion, store the unfinished artwork for a limited period.
6. Discount for Future Session:
Clients with stored, unfinished artworks may return to complete their work during a future session. The Art Club LDN will provide a 25% discount on the future session fee for the client. This discount is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 2 months from the date of the original session.
7. Behavior and Conduct:
Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our staff and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove clients from the session without refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.
8. Cancellation by The Art Club LDN:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or low enrollment. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected clients and provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.
The Art Club LDN is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the session. Participants are encouraged to take precautions to secure their personal items.
10. Health and Safety:
Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the session. We recommend that clients follow any safety guidelines provided by our instructors and use art materials and equipment responsibly.
11. Photography and Promotions:
The Art Club LDN may take photographs or videos during the session for promotional purposes. By attending the session, you grant us permission to use your likeness in promotional materials without compensation.
12. Amendments to Terms:
The Art Club LDN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
By purchasing a ticket and attending an art session with The Art Club LDN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase a ticket or attend a session.
